Your responsibilities
- Plan, install and maintain IT systems and networks
- Support colleagues with technical questions
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Document systems and processes
- Contribute to internal IT and infrastructure projects
- Gradually take ownership of your own areas of responsibility

- Good school-leaving qualification and strong interest in IT and technology
- Logical thinking and enjoyment of problem solving
- Reliable and careful working style
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Willingness to learn and initiative
- Good German and basic English skills
